Very unusual color and such a wonderful pop of color. I love this bright orange against the cobalt blue with the neoclassical design. 
Dates late 19thc around 1870-90 and has no chips or restoration, light wear to the paint and gilding. Measures almost 12” high x 6.75” wide.
