We make every effort to describe each item accurately and provide clear, detailed photographs. Please review all descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, feel free to reach out prior to checkout.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payment through major credit cards and any additional methods offered at checkout. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

3. Shipping & Handling

All items are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. Gilded Nest Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or customs processing.

4. Refunds & Returns

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we will issue a full refund immediately upon notification and photo documentation of the damage.

Please note:

• Antique and vintage pieces are final sale. Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, refunds will not be issued for condition-related concerns when the item has been accurately described.

• New items may be eligible for a return on a case-by-case basis, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
