At Gilded Nest Decor, we take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely to your door. In the rare event that your purchase is damaged during transit, we will issue a full refund immediately upon notification and photo documentation of the damage.

 

Please note that all antique and vintage items are final sale. Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind pieces, refunds will not be issued for condition-related concerns when the item has been described accurately in the listing. We make every effort to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions, so you know exactly what to expect.
