Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days for all in-stock merchandise. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that during holidays or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively via UPS and USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. All shipments include tracking.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you’re located outside these regions and are interested in a piece, please contact us directly to explore custom shipping arrangements.
Packaging
Every item—especially antique and fragile pieces—is packed with the utmost care using high-quality materials. We take pride in ensuring your purchase arrives in excellent condition.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a full refund immediately for any item verified as damaged in transit.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Rochester, Michigan, by appointment. If you prefer to pick up your item in person, please contact us after checkout to schedule a convenient time.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine multiple items into one shipment whenever possible and will refund any shipping overages.
