Beautiful painting titled “The Meeting Place” by English painter, G. Hardy.  Lovely woman in the garden possibly waiting on her lover! The colors are wonderful with lovely shades of greens and blues. 
George Hardy (c1822-1909) was an English painter at the Royal Academy. Overall measures 40” x 30”, some crazing to the painting and age expected wear to the frame. Simply stunning!
