Wonderful c1875 oil on canvas by artist, A.M Myers titled “Sisters Sewing”. The detail is so good that it almost looks like a photograph. Wonderfully executed on canvas in a later simple gilt-wood frame. I actually love this because it shows off the amazing piece for what it is. 
The two sisters appear to be doing a cats in the cradle game. Overall condition is very good. Light wear, no repairs I can see on the backside. Measures 39.75” high x 31.75” wide.
