Beautifully carved wood stand with a large heron or crane with a koi fish under its claws. Very cool and in my opinion multiple uses! 
Measures 26.25” x 10” and the top bowl could be used as a plant stand, to place another bowl inside…what about a fish bowl? That would be fab in my opinion! 
First time I’ve had this piece, dates mid century.
